A chair for me!

Wow, just look at what I came across the other day when I was browsing in the shops?! Does it not just scream Nula??! So I thought and I thought...where could I put it if I bought it...what chair could I dump out so I would have room for this one...but I came up with nothing. I bought a huge pink fun bag last September that I really had nowhere for and I have only ended up using it a couple of times as Gareth likes to remind me, ha ha (mind you its very cool)!! So I left the shops without it, mind you ,you never know....what if Betty just tore up and destroyed one of our chairs......wouldn't it be such a shame!! LOL :)

A little something to cheer us up :)

On Monday we had a really terrible day in school so we all needed some cheering up. Last night I set up camp in the Kitchen and didn't leave until I had something yummy and pretty to bring with me. Well the cup cake stand came home totally empty so I reckon we all went home a little cheerier :)

Another lunch another bake - a - thon!!

Today I was invited to my friend Janet's beautiful new house for lunch...I'm loving these Easter holidays and all the time I have to catch up with friends :) I decided to bake some Easter cupcakes to bring over with me.

So I thought what would be yummy and Easterie?! I decided to go with a chocolate cupcake and yellow vanilla frosting. Here they are out the oven and waiting to be frosted...I did a mixture of full size and mini ones...

......all frosted but needing some serious decoration..........

Check out this cute little guy...how cool huh? A chick made of chocolate...what more could you want??

And this is his little farm yard friend.......

......so the final plan was to decorate with spring time chocolate animals, mini eggs and coloured flower sprinkles....

All decorated and ready to go off to Janet's....yummie!

My Easter cake

I'm off to have lunch tomorrow with my girlfriends, its a tea party where each person brings something so I decided to get baking. This easy peasy cake is made of sponge, filled with butter cream and frosted with the same.

I decorated it by making a little nest made of flake and filling it with mini eggs and then I finished it off with a little chick. Delicious :)

Easter Rocky Road

Well it is Easter after all...and it is ALL about the chicks soooooo here is some appropriately themed Rocky Road :) I have a friend who is always doing me favours in school so I needed to bake a 'Thank You' something !! Everybody always loves Rocky Road so just to cute it up I gave it an Easter theme...cool huh?
