So I had an order for a birthday cake, this time a 30th birthday cake for a guy called David.....his wife gave me no direction apart from the number 30 so I could do what I wanted really. Sometimes this can be a good thing and a bad thing.....I got thinking. OK guys like cars......maybe a race track with spectators standing in the grass....this is how it turned out...

...and the little spectators having a good look...I coloured some sugar yellow and stuck it to some yellow icing to give the impression of sand...there is sand at a race track right??!!
